Vincent has just come out of a highly secret government meeting where he was thrown into the deep end and left completely out of his depth. Having gone home from that meeting feeling completely useless and thinking that perhaps he's in the wrong occupation he is visited by his father who attempts to impart paternal wisdom on how he should deal with his day.
